  • Attractive purpose-built Holiday House, set in 18 acres of mature woodland.
    Whole House for up to 50. The Ground Floor for up to 31, and the Loft for up to 19, can be booked separately.
    Two main campsites: Oaks for up to 18, and Beeches for up to 36.

      Campsites are in beautiful woodland setting, perfect for practicing woodcraft, wide games, survival skills, many varieties of flora and fauna. Only a short walk to the centre of Newmarket, but feels very much ‘out in the country’. Good website for booking site and activities, helpful friendly managerial team and willing instructors. A peaceful change from large busy multi activity sites. Much thought has gone into access for those with extra needs.

      Beautiful and serene. A fantastic place to take your unit either inside the house or outside camping. You’d never know that you were on the edge of a town because you’re enclosed in woodland. Great instructors for all activities and an efficient and understanding management team who will try and accommodate all of your needs.
      There’s even wi-fi!
      Would highly recommend
