We’ve stayed at this site quite a few times now with groups & absolutely love it. The location is beautiful with well maintained campsites and buildings. There are plenty of activities on site, such as kayaking (on their own lake!), archery, crate stacking & a super adventure course. It is also well placed for exploring the Peak District or for reaching Sheffield city centre. The site feels very safe & I have no problem with letting children run & explore on their own. The toilets and shower blocks are clean & conveniently situated for the campsites. I have also found that the wardens are friendly, very efficient and always ready to help out if needed.
