Accommodation
• Capacity for up to 40 students with one/two rooms for staff
• Exclusive use of the house (inc. the study centre), weekly cleaning, housekeeping, bed linen laundry, maintenance, free wi-fi, Sky TV, Netflix, use of all equipment/games room and car park
• There is a meeting room and study centre on site that has a capacity for 18 x students in each
• The Coach House is also on site and can accommodate up to 6 x staff or older students in a three bedroom property

Meals & other services
• We can provide chefs to produce breakfast, lunch and evening meals or a combination of these
• We can also provide a laundry service at an additional cost or alternatively the students could use the laundry room themselves
• We can arrange local activities, excursions, airport transfers and minibus hire if required

Staffing
• The responsibility of the residential staff in the evenings/overnight/weekends would be with yourselves however we do have some local experienced staff that we could introduce you to
